ARMY- GENERAL DUTY (GD)
Indian Army releases Soldier GD Bharti Rally notification for different states and regions. The details are as follows:
Age and marital status:
17½ years to 21 years
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification is Class 10th Pass with minimum 45% Marks in aggregate and Minimum 33% Marks in each subject.
Plan of the Examination:
Individuals who are able to qualify with their required eligibility criteria are then selected for further selection process. During the selection process the applicants will be participating in different tests. Each of these test is based upon particular factor, as a matter of fact this stage consist s Indian Army GD physical fitness test, intelligence ability test, medical test.
Stage-1 Physical Fitness Test

Stage-1 Physical Fitness Test
This test is commonly known as the Army Soldier GD physical fitness test. Individuals who have been selected for this test are required to complete the following tasks.
- 1.6 Km Running
- Pull Ups
- Zig Zag Balance
- 9 Fit Ditch Jump

Stage 4 – Written Exam
Individuals who pass the fitness test are then called for the written exam which will be an intelligence ability test. Selection of the candidates in this test is determined by their score.
The written exam is based upon the exam pattern and syllabus that has been selected for Indian Army Soldier GD written exam as provided below:
